There's a specific way to arrange songs to work best in the context of tv shows, films and ads. Rarely are entire songs used when they're licensed. Usually it's only a short excerpt of the song. Maybe 30 seconds, or 45 seconds. When songs are used in the context of licensing, the song needs to
develop fairly quickly. There's much less time to get your point across. Knowing this, you need to take this into consideration when you arrange songs for licensing opportunities.
