As I’m sure is the case for most of you, 2020 has been a really weird year for me. I got stuck in the Caribbean for four months due to the pandemic. I’ve watched as much of the USA, where I’m from, seems to be on the verge of political and
social collapse. The economy in the US has contracted over 30% in the last few months! Millions of people have lost their jobs. I’ve never seen the USA in such a dire situation in my lifetime. And of course, it’s not just the U.S., the covid pandemic and the economic fallout has affected the entire world, in one way or another.
Yet, through everything that 2020 has thrown at me, and despite all the doom and gloom, my personal overall financial situation has paradoxically improved throughout all of this. Certain things have been affected negatively, no doubt. My online business selling courses is slower than usual. I’m no longer able to play live, so the money I was
generating from gigs prior to Covid, which wasn’t much to begin with, has dried up. There have been many challenges this year for sure and in it’s been a very stressful year in many ways.
However, despite everything 2020 has thrown at me, I've so far been able to come out ahead. In my latest podcast I discuss how I've been able to protect myself from crazy situations like the one we're going through right now, and how you can start tapping into a variety of smaller revenue streams, that combined, will bring in a substantial level of supplemental,
or full time (if you choose) income.
