I'll be releasing a new video on my Youtube channel every single day throughout the month of August. I do this one month each year. I take a month and I increase my output on Youtube from my average of once a week, to a new video
every single day. It's a fun experiment and it pushes me to dig deeper and create more content. I don't really have the time or energy to do this throughout the year, but I find that a month year really helps me push things into overdrive and gets my creative juices flowing.
I also noticed recently that it has a massive effect on my business. Last year when I did this I doubled my income.
What's even more interesting is that you can apply this principle to anything; songwriting, music licensing, networking, learning music production, dating, etc. The principle is simple. Do more and get more results.
In the first video of this new series, I talk about how success in music licensing really boils down to simply taking consistent action. Of course there are things to learn; contracts, file types, production techniques, networking skills and so on. We need to be informed. But really, success in music licensing boils down to essentially just two things, that if you do consistently will bring success.
Check out the video below to learn the two most important things you should be doing consistently and how to apply the mindset of taking consistent action to your music licensing and music career. Be sure to subscribe to my Youtube channel to be notified every time I release a new video.
