Licensing Challenge starting September 1, I've decided to release one new video every single day between now and August 31. I'll be discussing a variety of different topics related to music licensing, sharing many of my best strategies and ideas for getting your music licensed, sharing songs that I've licensed recently and also sharing examples of songs that my clients have licensed.
It's going to be a fun month! I'm enjoying making this new series of videos and I decided to make them even more valuable by adding a twist. One of the things I discussed in yesterday's video is the importance of pitching your music regularly. If you want to license a lot of music, you need to write music and pitch it on a regular basis.
To encourage everyone to get into the habit of pitching music, I came up with the idea of the "31 Day Music Licensing Challenge". In addition to sharing great tips and ideas for how you can license more of your music each day this month, I'll also be sharing a different company with you each day that you can pitch your music to. These free leads will all be to companies that license "stock" music and "production" music. So if production music
