So let's talk about money. How much money can you realistically expect to make if you go down the road of licensing your music in TV and Films? Is this really a viable way of earning a living?
Well obviously results vary, like anything in life. But if you're determined to make a living with your music, not only is it possible, but the sky is really the limit. If you consistently write new tracks and license them, you can build up a substantial income that will grow over time.
In my latest video, I speak with a former client of How To License Your Music, Eddie Grey, who shares with me his most recent ASCAP statement and how much he's been able to generate from his International performance royalties alone, in just one quarter. Exciting stuff!
