A lot of you have asked me how much time you need to commit if
you take The 180 Day Challenge.

Honestly, the material probably only requires a commitment of about a half hour a day and you can go through the entire training at your convenience. If you miss a daily lead or a video, you can simply catch up and review it the next
day.
