Over the last couple years I've heard from dozens of artists who have taken my courses and gone on to licensing success. My clients have had their music heard in dozens of tv shows and films as a result of taking my programs. They've had music on networks like MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Discovery, Bravo, Fuse TV,
Showtime, HBO, ABC, CBS, NBC and many more.
I know my programs work, and there's nothing more rewarding than hearing success stories directly from my clients.
Here's an email I got just a few days ago from Chuck Hughes, an artist who has taken my 90 Day Music Licensing Challenge three separate times, and licensed music in different places each time as a
result.
Subject: Chuck Hughes's Toyota Commercial placement.
"Hi Aaron- got this through ________, whom I submitted to on my 3rd 90 day submission challenge.
You know, people ask me for the three best places to submit to, and I tell them it doesn’t work like that. I got accepted into 7 new libraries on my THIRD 90 day submission challenge, so it shows you this is an ongoing dynamic situation. I
tell everyone to take your program, but everyone wants to submit to one person then forget about it.
Thanks,
Chuck"
The music licensing business is, as Chuck points out, an "ongoing dynamic situation". The needs of music publishers and supervisors is changing on a daily basis. If you
approach someone today they might have no need for your music. Approach them next week and they might. It depends on what projects they're working on and what their music needs are on any given day.
Artists like Chuck who are succeeding in licensing their music on a regular basis, are actively pitching their music. They're taking programs and courses like the kind I offer and doing everything they can to
stay on top of the industry.
They're also making awesome, vibrant music.
