I Want To Help You License Your Music In 2015!

Published: Wed, 12/17/14

As you probably have heard by now, I'm launching my newest training program, The 180 Day Music Licensing Challenge, on January 5th, 2015.  I'm really excited about this program. I've never worked harder to put together a training program before and I'm confident that everyone who takes the course will find it worth much more than the cost to participate.  I have literally spent the last three months putting everything together that is included in the 180 Day Challenge course.

If you haven't already, go check out the video I made where I describe how the 180 Day Challenge works and what's included:

I've been getting a lot of questions about my new program, so I wanted to address a few of those here so you're clear on what to expect when you sign up.

The first question I'm getting a lot is, why 180 days? The answer is simple.  For most artists, licensing their music successfully takes a sustained effort.  I wanted this program to be long enough so I could work with artists for a long enough duration of time and have enough interaction, that by the end of the program, the artists who sign up can realistically expect to see results from my program.  Of course, there aren't any guarantees, and I have no control over the music you make, but this program provides a ton of coaching, interaction and specific advice regarding places to submit your music.  If your music is ready to be licensed, this program will benefit you. I guarantee it.

Why only $199.99? That doesn't seem like much for a six month long program?  The full price is actually $299.99, but if you sign up by December 22nd, it's just $199.99. Pricing courses like this is a little tricky and to be honest I'm not sure if I'm charging enough or not.  I know I'm not charging to little. But here's the thing, I really want the price to be within reach for anyone who wants to sign up. I understand that there are musicians out there struggling to make their careers viable and I don't want to charge an exorbitant amount of money to show you how to make money with your music.  That just doesn't seem right.  But I obviously have to charge something and I know the information and training I'm provided will bring back much more than 200 or 300 dollars in value if you apply the information I present.  This program goes very deep and I hold nothing back. If you're motivated and you apply what I teach you'll see a good return on your investment.

What type of information are you covering?  I cover a lot and I go deep on how you can license your music. In addition to the coaching, which includes one on one phone coaching, monthly conference calls, interaction on the member's forum and weekly live facebook coaching sessions, I provide in depth training videos that cover a wide range of topics related to pretty much every possible aspect of the licensing business.  I address things like: how to prepare your tracks, the types of mixes you need, how co-writing deals work, how to approach supervisors, how to self publish, how to present your tracks, the types of deals you'll encounter, how you get paid, how to negotiate deals and much, much more.  If there's anything I don't address you'll have multiple opportunities to have your questions answered via the coaching that is included.

But man this is too intense! I don't have six months to devote to this.  The entire program is structured in a way that you can do this at your own pace.  I'll be delivering the content and leads throughout the 180 day program, but all of it can be viewed at your own convenience. Even the monthly conference calls can be played back at your convenience if you're not able to attend live.  If you're busy for a few days and you fall behind, no worries.  There will be no final exams and you are not being graded.  You can always go back and review the material when you're ready.  The 180 Day Challenge simply provides a structure and framework to expedite your success in the music licensing business.

What about your past clients?  What kind of success have they had with your training programs?  I have helped a long list of artists place their music in a wide range of projects.  You can see a full list here:
