Music Videos Needed For New Music Video Show!
I've got big plans for 2011! In addition to continuing my efforts with How To License Your Music.com and Rengade Music Marketing, I am launching a new music video show online as well as a new music podcast on Itunes. The goal with both of these new efforts is really simple, to help spread the word about all of the great independent artists and the music they make.I hear so much outstanding unknown music on a regular basis that it drives me crazy that these artists aren't getting the recognition and expousre they deserve. So I've decided to do something about it.

I can remember a time when the radio actually played good music on a regular basis. I can remember when artists used to be rewarded for creativity and growth. Don't you miss those days? I know I do. I can remember a time when MTV actually played music videos all the time. I read MTV recently dropped the word music from their logo. Now they are just M television. Not sure what the M stands for, but it's not music! (Maybe it's mediocre television)

I've been thinking a lot about the state of the music industry and about what I can do to help make things better, in my own small way. There is still a lot of great music being made, thank God, and I know there are still a lot of people who appreciate great music. They just need to connect with each other. So in a few weeks I will be launching both a weekly video show and weekly podcast featuring great independent music from artists around the world.

I am looking for artists with great indie music videos for my new video show and I'm also looking for great indie music in general for my new podcast. In terms of music videos I'm also open to simple videos of performances of songs, as long as the audio quality is good. I'm open to all styles, I'm just looking for really great music.
