A Year Long Structure Instead of Another Short-Term Push
The Sync Lab 365 is designed for musicians who want consistent direction and accountability over an entire year, not just another burst of
motivation that fades after a few weeks.
Here’s how it works.
Four One on One Coaching Sessions, One Full Hour Each
The core of The Sync Lab 365 is private coaching.
You’ll receive four one on one Zoom sessions with me, and each session is a full hour. Your
first session happens in January shortly after the program begins, so you’re getting guidance right away, not months down the line. After that, we meet once per quarter throughout the year.
These aren’t rushed check ins. They’re focused working sessions where we look closely at your catalog, your goals, and how you’re approaching the sync world.
We’ll talk through which types of placements make sense for you,
how to best utilize the tools available to you, who you should be reaching out to, how your pitching approach can improve, and where things might be breaking down. You’ll leave each session with clear direction and specific next steps instead of more information to sort through on your own.
Everything else in this program exists to support and reinforce the progress made during these coaching sessions.
Weekly Videos and Strategy
Between coaching sessions, you’ll receive one focused video from me each week. These videos set the direction for that week and explain what you should be working on, why it matters right now, and what you can safely ignore.
This keeps you from bouncing between strategies or reacting to random advice. You always know what you’re working on and how it
fits into the bigger picture.
Daily Tutorials That Support the Weekly Focus
Alongside the weekly direction, you’ll have access to my library of daily sync licensing tutorials and insights.
These aren’t random tips. Each week has a clear theme, and the daily tutorials support that theme. If the weekly focus is pitching, the tutorials go deeper into
pitching. If the focus is outreach or contracts, the tutorials reinforce those areas.
You’re not expected to watch something every day. The daily tutorials are there when you want more clarity or depth, without overwhelming you.
Learning How to Pitch and Connect Using Real Resources
A core skill you’ll develop inside The Sync Lab 365 is learning how to pitch your music professionally
and connect with the right people.
You’ll learn how to identify which music libraries and supervisors make sense for your music, how to research them properly, how to approach them professionally, and how to follow up in a way that builds relationships instead of burning bridges.
You won’t be doing this blindly. As part of your lifetime access to The Sync Lab, you’ll have access to a full online sync licensing directory that includes music libraries and supervisors, along with tools that help you organize and track your outreach.
This means you’re not guessing who to contact or starting from scratch. You’re learning how to use real industry resources the right
way.
Lifetime Access to The Sync Lab
When you join The Sync Lab 365, you’ll also receive lifetime membership to The Sync Lab, which includes the complete sync licensing toolkit.
The
coaching and weekly guidance show you how and when to use these tools instead of leaving you to figure it out on your own.
Bonus: Live Weekly Sync Licensing Mastermind
In addition to everything above, you’ll also get access to a live weekly mastermind included at no extra cost.
These sessions are hosted by award winning producer
Gary Gray and attended by fellow Sync Lab members. Inside the mastermind, you’ll learn detailed tips and techniques around music production for licensing, share strategies, get feedback, collaborate, and hear directly from guest speakers such as sync agents, supervisors, and filmmakers.
Replays are available if you can’t attend live.
The Bigger Picture
A year from now is coming whether you change anything or not.
You can spend it restarting, second guessing, and trying to piece things together on your own, or you can spend it with clear guidance, real feedback, and a structure that keeps you moving forward consistently.
What You Can Expect From This Program
The Sync Lab 365 isn’t about shortcuts or overnight wins. It’s about building a repeatable process that helps you connect with the right people, the right way.
If you follow the structure, stay engaged, and apply the weekly guidance, you’ll finish the year with an organized catalog, a clear pitching workflow, and active
outreach in motion. More importantly, you’ll start building real relationships with music libraries, supervisors, and industry contacts instead of sending tracks into the void.
That’s how placements actually happen. Not all at once, but through consistent, professional outreach that compounds over time. This program is designed to help you put those pieces in place so opportunities can start showing up as you move forward.
Enrollment for The Sync Lab 365 is now open, and the program officially begins January 1, 2026. You can save $50 by joining before December 21.
