I’ve received a lot of questions regarding how the monthly coaching program works and what to expect when you sign up for monthly coaching. 

In this email I’ll address what to expect when you sign up for personalized, monthly coaching sessions, included with your lifetime membership to HTLYM Premium.

Here's how the monthly coaching works:

I’ll work with you each month, one on one, to develop a strategy for getting your music licensed and moving forward based on your specific situation, the style of music you make, where you are in your career, etc. 

In between each coaching call, I’ll provide you with a PDF file with SPECIFIC action steps to take based on our call and the information you provide. 

You'll also have access to HTLYM Premium, which includes dozens of specific niche courses related to licensing your music and music production, as well as all of the training and daily leads that are included as part of the 365 Day Music Licensing Challenge.

Then, on each successive call we’ll discuss the progress you made, any questions or issues that arose during the previous month and continue to refine the process until you start getting results. 

This is highly detailed training, specifically tailored to your situation.  Working with me, you’ll have a personal coach and mentor that you’ll check in with each month, that will hold you accountable and make sure you stay on track as you progress towards your licensing goals.

Over the years, I've experimented with working with musicians in a variety of contexts, including doing live webinars with up to 800 attendees, small group sessions with between 5 and 10 people, as well doing both private email and phone/Skype coaching.  

My preferred method of coaching artists is, by far, doing private one on one coaching sessions.  By working with you one on one, I can get a really accurate sense of where you are, what your goals are, what's holding you back and so forth.  This is very hard to do in a group setting since everyone is different in terms of the style of music they make, how long they've been pursuing licensing, their specific goals, etc.
